A soft spot for the automotive or motorbike industry is an advantage, but not a must. At the latest when you start here you will be infected by the enthusiasm for two-wheelers. That′s a promise!

Why TCG? … our DNA
One question we encounter time and time again is that of our aspirations or the goals we pursue in and with the TCG. One of the founding reasons for the TCG was to form a diverse, international and motorcycle-enthusiastic team that brings the areas of innovation, electrification and motorsport to the next level of development with competence, experience and passion.
To do so, we are constantly looking for the Hero′s of tomorrow whose values coincide with ours. People who are able to implement the vision & mission of our company and show courage, respect, responsibility, passion and integrity.
Our goal is to change the status quo, to break with traditional clichés and role models and to create an environment in which everyone can contribute equally.
